Three in the morning in Yerevan: which pharmacies, clinics and laboratories are open, and in which district

First: this is a case for 103, not for a pharmacy

If even one of the signs below is present, do not look for a pharmacy and do not wait for morning. Call 103. Yerevan's ambulance service works around the clock: according to the city hall, 36 crews are on duty around the clock at seven substations (Ambulance Medical Service CJSC, 8 India St.; tel. 103 and (010) 51-03-00).

• Chest pain or pressure lasting longer than 5 minutes, especially with shortness of breath, cold sweat or nausea — call 103.
• The face has drooped, an arm or a leg will not lift, speech has become impaired, a sudden severe headache — call 103 and note the time it started.
• The person does not respond to voice or touch, is breathing with difficulty, the lips have turned blue — call 103.
• Bleeding that does not stop with pressure — call 103.
• Convulsions have happened for the first time in life or last longer than 5 minutes — call 103.
• Swelling of the face or throat, choking and a rash after a medicine, a bite or food — call 103.
• The child is breathing with difficulty, is unusually lethargic, is hard to wake, or has a rash that does not fade under pressure — call 103.

The Yerevan city hall's "Hotline" page lists the other numbers as well: 102 — police, 104 — the gas emergency service, while 101, 911 and 112 are assigned to the crisis management centre of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. How to read this list

• Night hours are the fastest-spoiling field in any directory. Call before you set out: the phone number is on every card.
• We divide the pharmacies into two layers. The first: those whose round-the-clock hours are confirmed both by our card and by the independent Spyur directory. The second: those that are in our filter but have no second confirmation; they did not make it into the table and are covered separately below.
• Medaro's data were taken on 17 September 2026 with the cache bypassed. Spyur's pages were updated, by their own note, on 20.08.2026 (Gedeon Richter), 02.09.2026 (Alfa-Farm and 36,6), 17.03.2026 (Teofarma).
• Our pharmacy catalogue is Yerevan. Whatever we found outside it is marked separately and has no link to a card.
• We did not call a single organisation. The entire check is a comparison of two written sources.

24-hour pharmacies by district of Yerevan

On 17.09.2026 the "24 hours" filter in the pharmacy catalogue returned 45 locations: 19 Alfa-Farm, 11 Natali Farm, 4 Teo Farm, 3 of 36,6, 2 Gedeon Richter and 6 independent ones. Nineteen of those 45 are confirmed by a second, independent source — the Spyur directory. Here they are, by district. All eighteen Alfa-Farm locations in the table carry the chain's single phone number.

The live filter with all 45 entries is /pharmacies with the "24 hours" mode switched on; each card there also has "Open in Google / Yandex / 2GIS" buttons. If it is easier to look at a map than at a list, there is /map.

The other 26 entries: what is wrong with them

Another 26 locations in our filter are marked as round-the-clock, but we are not prepared to state that in the text. The breakdown is exactly this: 11 Natali Farm, 4 Teo Farm, 3 of 36,6, one location each of Gedeon Richter and Alfa-Farm, and 6 independent pharmacies.

• 11 Natali Farm pharmacies. The chain does not publish the hours of individual pharmacies on its site at all: only the head office at 2/2, 3rd Lane, Tychyna St. is called round-the-clock there, and the branch list section returns an error. There is no second source for any of the locations.
• 4 Teo Farm pharmacies. At 5 Mashtots Ave. Spyur does in fact confirm round-the-clock hours: at the address "5a Mashtots Ave." it lists the "Kentron 6" pharmacy with "24 hours" and the phone +374-60-651855 — but our card has a different number (+374 12 360360), so it is unclear whether this is one location or two different ones in the same building. For Avanesov St. (8/1, 2nd Lane for us; 8/2 Avanesovi in Spyur) and for 28 Erebuni St. Spyur gives 09:00–22:00. The location "33/4 Erebuni Street" does not appear in Spyur's branch list at all.
• 3 pharmacies of 36,6 — 36/2 Abovyan (Kentron), 3 Badal Muradyan (Nor Nork), 1/1 Avetik Isahakyan (Avan). Spyur has no round-the-clock locations of this chain at all.
• Gedeon Richter, 38/6 Mamikonyants St.: the phone number is the same for us and for Spyur (+374 44 255503), but the hours are not — round-the-clock for us, 09:00–23:59 in Spyur.
• Alfa-Farm, 8 Byron St.: there is no such location in Spyur's branch list at all, and the phone number on the card is not the chain's (+374 10 543689) but its own.
• 6 independent round-the-clock pharmacies: Bolus 24 Hours (18 Bagratunyats Ave., Shengavit — the same building as the round-the-clock Alfa-Farm), Med Farm (6/1 Rubinyants St., Kanaker-Zeytun), Farmasi 777 (17 Hrachya Kochar St., Arabkir), Seda Farm (16 Vardanants St., Kentron), Tonus Farm (6/5 Kajaznuni St., Kentron), Uromed (24 Vahram Papazyan St., Arabkir). We have no second source for them; the phone numbers are on the cards.

Separately, in the other direction: Spyur knows two round-the-clock Yerevan locations that are missing from our night filter — an Alfa-Farm at 46/2 Monte Melkonyan St. in Malatia-Sebastia and an Online Pharmacy at 27/1 Charents St. in Kentron. All these discrepancies have been sent for re-checking; until they are closed, a call before setting out is mandatory.

If there is no 24-hour pharmacy in your district

There are no night locations confirmed by two sources in five districts: Erebuni, Kanaker-Zeytun, Ajapnyak, Nork-Marash and Nubarashen. But that is not the same thing as "there are no pharmacies".

• Erebuni and Kanaker-Zeytun. Our filter does have night locations here — three Teo Farm in Erebuni and Med Farm in Kanaker-Zeytun — with the district given on the card itself; two more Natali Farm (17/1 Erebuni and 15/5 Rubinyants) we assigned to these districts by street, as their cards carry no district. Not one of them is confirmed by a second source. Call them first: the number is on the card. Only if there is no answer should you travel to a neighbouring district.
• Ajapnyak, Nork-Marash, Nubarashen. Here there are no round-the-clock locations in either of our layers. From Ajapnyak the nearest are Malatia-Sebastia (39/10 Raffi) or Kentron; from Nork-Marash — Kentron or Arabkir (58 Komitas, 85 Baghramyan); from Nubarashen — Shengavit (18 Bagratunyats).

At night you will most likely have to travel by taxi — we did not check the night public transport timetable and will not claim anything about it. All the more reason to call first: "are you open and do you have it in stock" saves both money and time. What to replace a medicine with and what to take instead is not a question for a directory: that is decided by a doctor or the pharmacist on duty, and we do not give such advice.

Clinics and hospitals that work at night

As of 17.09.2026, 39 clinics and hospitals are marked round-the-clock in the catalogue. It is important to understand what "round-the-clock" means for an inpatient hospital: what works around the clock is neither the outpatient department nor booking with a specialist, but the emergency admission unit — that is where you go with an acute condition, and that is where they decide whether to admit you or send you home. Below are three centres whose round-the-clock admission unit is confirmed by a separate phone number on an official page or in Spyur.

The paediatric option at night is the Arabkir medical complex (Arabkir, 30 Mamikonyants St.). In our catalogue its card carries the "24 hours" label, and on the centre's own contacts page the admission and emergency department is listed with the number 015 400 300 (ext. 11 43), but no working hours are given there. We have no second confirmation, so we do not assert round-the-clock hours — check on that number. The full list of 39 organisations is in /clinics with the "24 hours" filter; every card has a district, an address and a link to the organisation's page. We have no phone numbers on the clinic cards — the numbers in the table above were collected from official pages and from Spyur.

Laboratories: three locations work at night

In the /analyses section as of 17.09.2026 there are 61 laboratories; there is still no separate "24 hours" filter there, and the hours are visible on the card itself. Three locations of the BloodCells chain are marked round-the-clock: 25 Saryan St. (Kentron), 2 Lvovyan St. (Nor Nork) and 10/7 Hrachya Nersisyan St. in Kanaker-Zeytun (in the Wigmore Women's & Children's Hospital building). The phone for the first two is +374 60 501111; the third one's card carries a number that looks like a placeholder, and we deliberately do not publish it until it has been checked.

Next, a breakdown of all the other 58 cards, so that there are no illusions. The latest of the non-round-the-clock ones is X-Mind at 31 Gulbenkyan St. (Arabkir), daily 10:00–22:00. Then Cosmlab at 37 Komitas Ave. (Arabkir), daily 10:00–20:00. Four more cards (all INVITRO) close at 19:00, 25 close at 18:00, two at 17:30, eleven at 17:00, and one (DavLab at 54 Arami St.) at 16:00. And thirteen cards give no hours at all: CT Scan, two DiaLab, four Doctor Lab, two EcoSense, EnEs, Promax Ray, Rezis, SigmaLab — call them, we do not know their hours.

About Sunday. Sunday hours are given on exactly five cards: INVITRO at 7 Komitas Ave. and at 34/10 Komitas St. (both 09:00–15:00), Prom-Test at 39 Abovyan St. and at 28 Yeznik Koghbatsi St. (both 09:00–18:00) and Diagen Plus at 10 N. Tigranyan St. (10:00–15:00). On the rest, Sunday is not stated on the card — which is not the same as "closed", but neither is it a promise that they are open.

At night near the airport

At Zvartnots the Alfa-Farm pharmacy works round the clock — this is confirmed both by our card and by Spyur, which assigns it to Malatia-Sebastia; the phone is the chain's shared one: +374 11 700500. This is the only confirmed night location inside the airport itself. The nearest ones on the way out of the city are the Alfa-Farm at 39/10 Raffi St. and at 9/1 Ohanov St.

Gyumri and Vanadzor

Our catalogue covers Yerevan, so here we rely only on an external source and give no links to cards. By the Alfa-Farm branch list in Spyur (updated 02.09.2026), one pharmacy in Gyumri works round the clock — at 1 Ryzhkov St.; the chain's other locations in the city close between 18:00 and 00:00. In Vanadzor this chain has no round-the-clock pharmacies at all: the latest is at 39 Tigran Mets Ave., until 23:00. We claim nothing about other chains in these cities — we did not check them.
